Cara joined Healys in 2023 having qualified as a solicitor in 2015. After gaining LLB Honours (First) from Lancaster University, she completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.

Cara has worked and trained in London, Manchester and the Caribbean and has wide ranging experience in corporate & banking transactions including private M&A, public offerings, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. She also has considerable experience in fund finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate finance (both development and investment), refinancing and general corporate financing, and acting for financial institutions, sponsors and major corporates, frequently with a cross-border element.

She prides herself on providing practical, commercial advice to ensure that client needs are met in a diligent and professional manner.
