Elizabeth joined the Healys Corporate & Commercial department as a Paralegal in 2023, having studied her law degree at the University of Sussex, and endeavours to take the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE) in order to qualify as a solicitor in the near future.

Prior to joining Healys, Elizabeth gained over two years’ experience working in both commercial and residential conveyancing in Sussex, which included: freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial lease extensions, residential lease extensions, Deeds of Surrender, Statutory Declarations, restrictive covenants, easements, adverse possession, indemnity policies, searches, liaising with lenders and agents, in addition to handling completions.

Outside of work, Elizabeth is involved in various sports including netball, tennis and running.
