Ruth is a licensed conveyancer and a member of the Real Estate department.

Prior to joining Healys, Ruth worked at Goodlaw Solicitors as a conveyancing assistant whilst studying to obtain her qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Ruth advises on a full range of residential property services and undertakes work including domestic sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, as well as providing general property law advice.

Ruth prides herself on maintaining close relationships with her clients to ensure they are kept up to date throughout the transaction.
