Healys LLP's commitment to continue to grow the retail expertise of its Commercial Property Practice with the appointment of Nagina Hussain. Her appointment further increases the firm's expertise in the commercial property practice that involves property, franchising, corporate and property litigation.Nagina joins Healys as a solicitor in the Commercial Property team from the Cavendish Legal Group. She has a wide range of experience in commercial property matters and currently acts for a national retail client with a portfolio of premises including shopping centre leases.She has experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in negotiating and completing commercial leases, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds and licences to carry out works.The Commercial Property team, of 3 partners and 4 solicitors, specialises in heavy weight multi-national companies whose primary business is property and has been recommended in the Legal 500 for the last four years.Clients included large motor industry corporations, manufacturers, distribution companies as well as multi-occupational clients in the retail, pharmaceutical and computer industries.Robin Staal, Healys head of Commercial Property, said; "The practice has grown its portfolio of retail clients and we continue to expand the services we offer them.
