We are looking for a senior commercial solicitor to join our busy Corporate Department.  The successful candidate should have:

• at least 8 years’ post qualification experience of working in private practice in the South East or in London;
• strong experience across commercial contracts, technology, data protection, intellectual property and corporate support; and
• a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.

You should be experienced in managing you own caseload and be successful in developing and generating your own business. Ideally you will have already have an excellent reputation as a commercial lawyer, have a broad network of business contacts and a following of loyal clients.

The best suited lawyer for this role will be ambitious, self-motivated and keen to work with the rest of the Corporate Team to grow our business.
