Amy joined Healys in September 2019 as a solicitor in the Employment Team. Amy qualified as a solicitor in April 2018, having qualified as a legal executive in February 2018.
Amy advises on all aspects of employment law by providing support to both employers and employees on various workplace issues. This includes advice on discrimination, performance management, settlement agreements, grievance/disciplinary, contracts, whistleblowing, and business transfers. Amy has a particular interest in advising senior executives in the financial services, legal professionals and advising on sex discrimination.
Amy’s aim is to manage employment relationships using her pragmatic and strategic approach. She is committed to achieving the best practical outcome for her clients.
Amy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
