Saira joined Healys in September 2020 as a Solicitor in the Real Estate department.

Saira has a range of experience in property development, including working with developers, setting up development sites, assisting in acquisition and disposal of development land and dealing with infrastructure agreements. She has further experience in commercial property and secured lending on a range of property related matters including property portfolios, auctions sales and purchases, acting as panel solicitors on residential properties and general commercial lease transactions.

With a BPP Graduate Diploma in Law and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course, Saira has extensive expertise in a full range of property related matters.

Saira qualified as a Solicitor in 2019.
