Healys is pleased to announce the addition of Eleanor Richards to their expanding team in Brighton.Eleanor Richards was recently appointed as Partner in the Litigation department. Eleanor will advise on a wide range of commercial contract disputes and professional negligence proceedings. Additionally, she will support clients with contentious probate cases and Inheritance Act claims, acting for both Executors and beneficiaries.Having trained with City firm Clyde & Co., Eleanor qualified as a solicitor in 1993. Since then, she has spent the majority of her career practising at commercial law firms in Sussex.Eleanor is a specialist in advising clients on commercial and civil disputes and she has an established expertise in insolvency litigation (both corporate and personal).She has acted for the Insolvency Service in pursuing director's disqualification proceedings against former directors of insolvent companies and advises directors on defending disqualification proceedings, as well as other aspects of director's duties."Joining the Dispute Resolution Department at Healys is an exciting move for me," says Eleanor Richards.
