When you join Team Healys, you will join a friendly, diverse and inclusive organisation at the top of the legal industry in client satisfaction and career progression.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Legal Executive or Career Paralegal for our Property Litigation Department in London. This is a permanent, full-time role and is mostly office-based, although some hybrid working will be possible after training. Our Property Litigation team is always busy and is well-established and highly regarded in the market. The London office is friendly and centrally-located in Holborn.
You must have a law degree or appropriate legal qualification and have had previous experience with pure property litigation, to include possession claims. As part of your role you will also be expected to handle both informal and statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right of first refusal claims.
You should be highly organised and pragmatic, with strong communication and inter-personal skills. A positive attitude, team approach and flexibility are also important and you will also need to be self-confident and adaptable, as you will be supporting a partner, alongside another solicitor.
If this sounds like the job for you and if you fully meet our criteria (we cannot consider recent graduates without substantive work experience for this position), please apply now with your CV.

Salary will be at market rate, depending on experience. We work on a flexible hybrid basis, but you will be required to work from the office for a minimum of three days each week and you will need to live in the local area, or within easy commuting distance of Brighton.
