Commercial Property Paralegal

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking paralegal to join our busy, established and highly regarded Commercial Property department in London.

This is a permanent, full-time role and hybrid working may be possible on completion of probation and training.

You must have relevant commercial property paralegal experience, gained in a similar environment, together with appropriate legal qualifications and a real interest in this area of work and in developing a career in this field. Ideally you will have both commercial property and real estate finance experience, although the latter is not essential and you will be trained.

You should be highly organised and pragmatic, with strong communication and inter-personal skills. A positive attitude, team approach and flexibility is key and you will also be self-confident and adaptable, as you’ll be working alongside and assisting several qualified fee-earners.

Our London office is friendly & diverse and is centrally-located, in Holborn. We offer a salary at market rate and the opportunity to work to a bonus-linked target, depending on the extent of your previous experience.

Private Client Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Private Client team, based in our friendly and diverse centrally-located Brighton office.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with client instructions, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and with administration of estates. Experience in Court of Protection work would be an advantage, although it isn’t essential.

You may be a qualified Legal Executive, studying CILEx or a paralegal with previous experience in this field.

You will:

  • Be confident about administration around Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Managing administration of estates with limited supervision (including drafting forms to account to HMRC);
  • Drafting accounts for estates;
  • Have experience assisting with Court of Protection work;
  • Be eager to learn about dealing with more complex estates and Wills; and
  • Potentially, managing your own cases in your own name, under supervision.

Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a full time Private Client solicitor/CIlex with a minimum of two years’ post qualification experience, to join the Private Client department in our friendly and diverse centrally-located Brighton office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in taking client instructions, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with the administration of estates. Experience in Court of Protection work would be an advantage, although not essential.

You will:

You will be joining a small, supportive team, led by a partner.

We are flexible in our approach to working practices and while some office-based work is necessary, due to the nature of our work, we will also consider reasonable hybrid working arrangements.
