Healys Secure Four Deals in Just 6 weeks

Healys Corporate & Commercial team successfully close four business deals in just 6 weeksDuring the last 6 weeks, Healys' Corporate Department has been busy working with clients to prioritise four successful and exciting new business acquisitions.In one of the deals, UK IT support specialist, CMI, expanded the reach of its existing operations by acquiring Surrey based Brookland Computer Services. Brookland has been providing IT support services to its clients for 25 years: most recently specialising in cloud hosting services. The Healys team, led by Partner and Head of Corporate, Karen Lord, advised the shareholders of Brookland on the transaction which increases CMI's business operations with revenues in excess of �13m and a strong workforce of 100 staff members.During an interview with Insider Media, both parties expressed their excitement for the future.

  • Sussex-based Tinysaurus Nurseries Limited's acquisition of three Tudor Montessori Nursery settings in West Sussex; and
  • the Management Buy-Out of The Learning People by Cow Corner.
