Commercial Lawyer, Samantha Oakley will be sharing legal insights and tips next month at this year’s London IP Week 5.0.
London IP Week is a three-day interactive IP summit, which brings a range of experts together to share knowledge and provide guidance on how to maximise on IP trends and opportunities.
The summit will begin with a one-day IP commercialisation workshop. This will be followed by a two-day conference with thought-provoking discussions on the most recent developments in the world of IP. The London IP summit celebrates its 5th annual event and provides a great opportunity for attendees to meet a variety of industry specialists including IP Managers, IP Lawyers, IP Counsel, CEOs and other IP professionals from our targeted industries from across the globe.
Samantha Oakley will be speaking at the ‘Tech for IP day’ and will be participating in the “It’s Not Bragging if it’s True: How digitising your IP management or your IP services can lower your costs and increase value” session.
With over 15 years working as a commercial lawyer, particularly with tech, media and creative companies, Samantha spent many years working as an in-house lawyer. In recent years, she has also dedicated much time to support SMEs on a wide range of issues, including helping clients pivot their business so that they can operate online during the pandemic. As part of this she understands how important it is for firms to keep costs to a minimum and how tech solutions can help with this, especially at the moment.
