We are seeking an experienced residential property fee-earner to join our busy and successful Real Estate department, based in our Brighton office.

You will be part of a diverse and proactive team, working alongside colleagues ranging from experienced seniors to paralegals, trainees and conveyancing assistants. You will be dealing with high quality work, so will need to have strong conveyancing experience and excellent legal and networking skills and you should be keen to take on a challenging and varied role.

The salary will be at market rate, depending on experience. This is a full-time role and non-contractual hybrid working can be considered, upon completion of our 3 month probationary period.

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join the busy business support team in our friendly, centrally-located London office.

The role is largely administrative, supporting an HR Officer and Head of HR, together with daily Reception and occasional Post room cover and while this is a ‘starter’ role, there is potential for growth & development in a supportive environment.

Our ideal candidate will have had some previous HR support experience, although this is not essential. Good spoken and written English is essential, with a mature outlook, professionalism, discretion, flexibility and reliability, as you will have a wide range of responsibilities. Core tasks will include managing holiday records, scheduling meetings, sending emails to job applicants, setting up interviews, helping with HR & payroll documentation & with induction planning for new joiners.

You will also help organise training, assist with our annual Practising Certificate renewal & appraisal processes and help look after our trainee solicitors, booking courses for them and liaising with the SRA.

Please note, this role is full time and fully office based. Hours are 10am-6pm (with an hour each evening, from 5-6pm, covering Reception). If you live locally or within an easy commute of the office it will therefore be an advantage.

Salary is at market rate and we also offer a company pension scheme and 25 days annual leave, in addition to Bank Holidays.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our friendly and diverse Commercial Property department in London. The team is expanding rapidly and receiving a high volume of quality work.

As an established legal services provider with an excellent reputation, you will be joining a business dealing with high quality work and in addition to excellent legal skills, you must be keen to take on a challenging and varied role and to help build this area of the practice.
