We have vacancies for two experienced Legal Cashiers to join the finance team in our friendly and diverse centrally-located office in Brighton.

You must have string experience in legal accounts and be an effective team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills and a self-motivated and organised approach to your work.

You should have up to date knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, together with and a range of experience to include most standard legal accounting tasks. Ideally you will be available to start as soon as possible and living within easy reach of our Brighton office.

We offer a market rate salary, depending on the extent of your knowledge and previous experience, as well as hybrid working after the probationary period.

Junior Office Assistant, Brighton

A vacancy has arisen for an office assistant to join our friendly, centrally-located Brighton office.

You will be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, discrete, flexible and adaptable and have a positive, ‘can do’ approach to your work. An aptitude for and interest in IT is also desirable and you must be willing and able to lift & carry, as necessary (within reason) – there is some lifting & carrying involved & the office is spread over 4 floors.

You will be responsible for post, archiving & general administrative duties for the Brighton office and also for covering the main reception desk every Friday and for our Receptionist’s breaks each day.

The role will suit a school or college leaver or someone returning to the workplace after a break. We cannot consider law graduates or paralegals for this position.

Ideally you will be available to start soon and live within easy reach of our Brighton office. We welcome applications from candidates with a disability or from other minority groups.
