Alice joined Healys LLP in 2023 and began her Training Contract with the firm in 2024. Alice is currently part of the Dispute Resolution team, where she focuses on property disputes and other contentious property matters.

Alice advises a broad range of clients, including commercial and residential property owners, landlords, tenants, and developers, on various issues such as possession claims, breaches of covenant, property management, and real estate disputes.

Alice has strong expertise in secured lending, gained from her time as both a Paralegal and a Trainee in the Real Estate Finance team. Alice regularly acts for institutional lenders in transactions involving bridging finance, term loans, and mezzanine finance. She also represents both borrowers and lenders, whether in a dual or sole representation capacity.

Known for her proactive and personable approach, Alice’s lender clients describe her as “exceptional, quick to act, and highly attentive to detail”. She prides herself on building strong client relationships and having well-rounded knowledge of property law.

Beyond disputes and finance, Alice also advises on commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals. Her experience also includes leases, assignments, licences, and surrenders.

Alice holds and LLB (Hons) in Law and Business and a combined Master of Laws (LLM) with a commendation for the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
