Alice graduated with an LLB (Hons) Law with Business degree in 2021. Subsequently, she completed the combined LLM Legal Practice Course in 2022. She joined Healys LLP after working at a West End law firm in August 2023.

Alice has experience in a variety of commercial property transactions, including the sale and acquisition of both freeholds and leaseholds, assignments, and licences. Alice has a strong focus in real estate finance, offering assistance across all stages of transactions involving secured lending. Alice caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from landlords to tenants, and from borrowers to lenders.
