Alice is a Trainee Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance team at Healys LLP, specialising in complex property finance and commercial real estate transactions.

Alice has a particular focus on secured lending, acting primarily for institutional lenders providing short-term finance secured against commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets. Alice also advises developers and borrowers, delivering strategic and commercially attuned advice throughout the lifecycle of acquisitions, refurbishments, and developments.

Beyond her finance practice, Alice advises on commercial acquisitions and disposals and is experienced in drafting and negotiating leases, licences, assignments, and surrenders. Alice frequently acts for property developers, advising on development agreements, collateral warranties, and funding structures.

Alice’s training has also extended to contentious property work, where she gained extensive experience in both commercial and residential disputes. She acted for commercial and private clients in matters involving possession claims, service charge disputes, breaches of covenant, and property management issues, enabling her to bring a well-rounded and commercially informed approach to her practice.

Recognised for her proactive and personable manner, Alice is described by lender clients as “exceptional, quick to act, and highly attentive to detail”. She is committed to cultivating enduring client relationships and to delivering advice that is both legally robust and commercially effective.

Alice joined Healys in 2023, bringing prior experience from a West End Law firm. She holds an LLM and completed the Legal Practice Course following her undergraduate studies in Law with Business (LLB).
