Atiya is a Conveyancing Executive in the Real Estate department, and assists with all aspects of residential conveyancing. Having obtained a masters in law in the Netherlands, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and joined Healys in 2023.

Atiya can assist with all matters relating to residential property including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-builds, Help-to-buy and shared ownership schemes.
