Az is the Founder and Senior Partner at CGC and has worked in global politics, campaign management and communications for nearly two decades.

In his career to date, Az has advised businesses, politicians, and governments. His experience includes serving as Campaign Director for all levels of political campaigns, including Presidential elections, National General Elections in the UK and abroad, Party Leadership Elections, and London Mayoral Campaigns. He has worked in election campaigns in the UK at every level of Government since 2005.

Since 2011, he has been heading a political consultancy, catering to diverse clients ranging from global corporations to governments.
