Charlie Bratley (MCILEX) has 11 years’ experience in Dispute Resolution.

Charlie assists the dispute resolution department on landlord and tenant matters, property disputes and general commercial matters, acting for landlords, lenders, businesses and individuals.

In conjunction with her full time role at Healys she has also studied with CILEX Law School, successfully completing the final academic stage towards qualification as a Chartered Level Executive, the Level 6 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.

Outside of work Charlie is an avid supporter of animal rescue charities and is currently training her newest rescue dog; as well as training for her first half marathon in 2026.
