Chloe Timcke
Chloe joined Healys in 2024 as a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Department.
She qualified from the University of Brighton in 2021 with a 1st Class law degree and qualified from BPP Law School in 2023 with a Masters of Law and Legal Practice (LPC) with Merit. During that time, she worked full time in her previous employment gaining invaluable legal experience working at the Criminal and County Courts.
Due to the development of her skill set, Chloe is capable of assisting on all types of legal tasks in the residential conveyancing department including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-builds, Help-to-buy and shared ownership schemes.
She is keen to qualify as a solicitor as she gains more experience.
