Demi Darbey

Trainee Solicitor

Demi is a SQE Trainee Solicitor at Healys LLP. The SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examinations) is the new route introduced by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for becoming a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.

Demi joined Healys in 2022 after graduating with a first class Law degree from BPP University in 2020.

Demi had been working as a fee earner in the Property Litigation department at Healys LLP from February 2022 to January 2023. She managed her own caseload and dealt with a variety of matters including: residential lease extensions, statutory lease extensions, licence for alterations, Collective Enfranchisement claims, Freehold acquisitions and Lease reviews. She works closely with her clients to provide an efficient and professional service.

Demi commenced a training seat in Corporate & Commercial in March 2024, and intends to continue her legal career with Healys LLP once she has qualified as a solicitor.
