Demi joined Healys in 2022 as a paralegal. Having completed the SQE and her training with the firm, she qualified as a solicitor in 2024.

As a member of the Corporate & Commercial team, Demi has been involved in a number of merger and acquisition transactions of privately owned companies, acting for both buyers and sellers on deal values up to £7 million. Demi has also acted on re-financing transactions acting for property developers up to the value of £20 million.

Demi’s experience also includes acting for and advising clients on shareholder agreements, articles of association, commercial contracts and other key commercial documents. Demi ensures she is kept up to date with all latest developments in the business landscape and she regularly engages with industry news. This enables Demi to understand the economic, regulatory and technological changes affecting her clients industries’ so she can offer informed and strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives.

Demi believes in building strong relationships with her clients based on trust and open communications. Her approach is collaborative and client-focused, ensuring that she fully understands her client’s needs and objectives.

Prior to joining Healys LLP, Demi obtained a first class LLB (Hons) law degree at BPP University.
