Ege Ozyegin is a New York State Bar licensed Attorney, and is also a member of the Istanbul Bar in Turkiye, qualified to practice law in both jurisdictions; the United States and Turkiye.

Ege has valuable corporate and commercial law experience both in the United States and Turkiye where she has worked with global law firms. She is further experienced in strategic advisory, business development and venture development, specialising on the legal and commercial aspects of business development work.

As a result of her international experience, Ege supports companies in commercial and corporate cross-border transactions, assisting with market research and establishing operations in the UK.

She is also a member of various international business and trade organizations.

Ege completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, at the University of Pennsylvania, and attended  the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York where she earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in completion of the doctorate program, specialising on International & Comparative Law.
