Hemmat joined Healys LLP in 2024 bringing with him extensive expertise in Commercial Property transactions. His proactive and analytical approach alongside exceptional communication skills have earned him an excellent regional reputation as a legal advisor who achieves top results for his clients.

Hemmat graduated with a law degree from the University of Sussex and has continued to practice in Brighton. He also studied International Commercial law, Corporate law and International Jurisprudence law at Arizona State University in 2017/2018 achieving a high first class.

Hemmat prides himself on providing prompt and thorough client-focused advice which enables his clients to effectively achieve their aims and often go far beyond initial expectations.
