Jamie qualified as a solicitor in 2016 after gaining LLB Honours (First) from Kingston University and having completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.

Jamie has worked and trained in London, Sussex and Kent and has wide ranging experience in corporate & commercial law, including dealing with corporate advisory matters and the sale and acquisition of privately owned businesses or companies.

Jamie works with companies adapting to an increasingly competitive, tech-driven landscape and has experience working with family run businesses, entrepreneurs and private equity backed clients. Jamie also has experience as a lead solicitor supporting one client and the company's buy and build growth strategy. Based on this foundation, Jamie takes a solution-focused approach to deliver high-quality client service.

Having started her own women's networking platform for women in business with a friend following the 2008 recession, Jamie recognises the importance of building lasting relationships and is known for working collaboratively with other lawyers and advisors to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
