Born & bred in sunny South Devon, Kelsi graduated from Southampton Solent University’s Business School, with a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing.

Heading straight for the bright lights of London, she landed her first job in The City, working for a brokerage firm, specialising in real estate finance. Then moving on to a West London law firm, heading up their business development & marketing team, working with some of London’s golden property leaders.

Kelsi joined the firm in 2007 as Business Development Manager and now has 20 years’ experience working in the real estate sector.

Responsible for driving new business initiatives within residential property and across other sectors, she has maintained core long standing client relationships, enabling her to meet partner driven targets set for her team.

Working closely alongside the partners, and utilising her extensive knowledge of property law, Kelsi has implemented various strategies to generate new business opportunities across Real Estate, as well as maximise client retention firm wide.
