Nicole joined Healys in May 2026 as a Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance team. She advises on a broad range of commercial property and real estate finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured lending transactions, bridging finance matters, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant work.

Nicole has experience advising on high-value and time-sensitive transactions, including complex refinance matters and bridging facilities secured against residential and commercial assets. She adopts a pragmatic and commercially focused approach and is committed to delivering clear, practical advice tailored to clients’ objectives.

Nicole graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Law degree in 2019 before completing her LPC and Master’s degree at The University of Law. She completed her training contract at a regional Essex law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024, specialising in commercial property and real estate matters.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cooking, travelling and keeping active.
