Nosheen joined Healys in November 2025 as Head of the Private Client department after having had a successful legal career in Yorkshire and the Greater London region. With nearly 15 years of experience in the Private Client sector, Nosheen is known for being empathetic, authentic and genuinely keen to assist her clients in managing their lifetime assets and wellbeing and assisting them in structuring their estates.

She wants to ensure peace of mind for clients who wish to secure a legally compliant Will that provides for their future generations, minimises conflict between family members and ensure inheritance tax efficiency. Her practical, progressive and friendly approach has fostered a great client following with clients returning for new work and having the confidence to refer friends and family to her. She has become “the family lawyer” for many happy previous clients.

Nosheen specialises in a range of areas including, Legally compliant simple mirror Wills, Life Interest Wills, Discretionary Will Trusts, Lifetime Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Inheritance Tax planning, Grant only applications for the deceased, Estate Administration for the deceased, Dealing with Intestate Estates, Cross border estates, High New Worth clients and Declarations of Trust.

Nosheen is a Cultural Studies Graduate, having secured a First Class Honours Degree from Sheffield University however, her passion and real ambition lay in becoming a solicitor which she attained as a mature student. She brings a wealth of experience, not only as a lawyer, but also as a compassionate woman, who is a mother and advocate of female empowerment.

In her spare time, Nosheen remains active socially whether that’s at the theatre or in a reformer pilates class. She enjoys running, cycling and yoga as well as travelling, baking and socialising.
