Sam is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Conveyancing department.

He deals with most transaction types, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties, for individuals and companies. Sam has a calm and friendly approach, and prides himself on his ability to identify clients concerns and dealing with them swiftly so as to put the client at ease, ensuring clients feel fully supported and informed throughout their transaction.

Sam joined Healys in February 2024 as a Conveyancing Executive before qualifying through CILEX in January 2025.
