Will joined Healys as Marketing Executive in September 2023 and has recently stepped up to a senior position as Marketing & Communications Manager in September 2025 following a successful two years applying his Marketing and Business Development skills across the firm, working closely with all departments.

With a degree in English Literature from Lancaster University, Will has specialist experience in marketing, communications and business development, including campaign planning, client management, networking, social media & PR. Will manages communications within the firm, including social media, events, data and thought leadership and primarily internal and external comms.

He particularly enjoys business development and networking, and working with the teams and legal staff across the firm, whom he has developed strong and positive relationships with. His training background in marketing began ten years ago in the legal world before training in the public and private sectors, and then returning to the legal sector, with an excitement and passion to bring all this experience with him.

Will has a passionate interest in the arts, especially music, film and literature, Will has also previously worked as a journalist for a rock music magazine.
