Andrew is an employment law specialist with 24 years’ experience, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employment relationship. He has a particular interest in corporate restructures, the outsourcing of contracts and associated issues, including the practical aspects of redundancies and the TUPE Regulations.
He advises employers operating in a range of business sectors. In addition, Andrew has particular experience in dealing with data protection issues, such as subject access requests and data breaches.
For many years, a significant part of Andrew’s practice has also involved advising senior executives on moving on from existing roles, negotiating severance agreements, examining post-termination restrictions and reviewing the terms of proposed new employment.
He also regularly acts in the Employment Tribunal, speaks at seminars/webinars and provides in-house training.
