    Robert joined Healys in 2018 as a paralegal. Having completed his training contract with the firm, he qualified as a solicitor in 2022.

    As a member of the Corporate & Commercial team, Robert has been primarily involved in a considerable number of corporate acquisitions, acting for both buyers and sellers on deal values up to £15 million, including management buy-outs.

    Robert’s experience also includes advising corporate clients on shareholder agreements, articles of association, terms and conditions, loan agreements, and other key commercial documents.

    Prior to joining Healys LLP, Robert obtained an LLB Law degree at the University of Edinburgh and an LLM International Banking and Finance Law degree at University College London.
