Tracey specialises in all areas of residential property work. She has experience of dealing with a vast range of property matters, including domestic sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), lease extensions, shared ownership, buy-to-let, remortgages, new build developments, transfers of equity as well as providing general property law advice.
With her professional approach to conveyancing transactions, Tracey provides a fast and responsive service, providing concise and diligent advice to the client at every stage of the transaction to ensure that the client’s experience is as hassle-free as possible.
Tracey Cipolla has acted for me on a number of acquisitions and I have the utmost faith in her as a solicitor. Moreover, as a frequent buyer and seller of property, I am often left amazed and appalled at the poor levels of service provided by solicitors acting on behalf of their clients. For many people, buying a property is a one off event and they will rely on their solicitor for good advice, guidance and regular communication, something which is not always provided. I am fortunate that Tracey and her team provide all of the aforementioned expertise and support and as such they form an integral part of my business activities."
