Leading law firm Healys LLP continues to grow its real estate offerings in London and Brighton by expanding its Leasehold department and appointing new partner, Daniel Winslow.
Leasehold enfranchisement is a complex area of law which continues to be explored, reviewed and changed by the UK government. That’s why Healys LLP have invested extra time and resources in order to be in the best position to support clients through and beyond these uncertain times.
Daniel Winslow, a legal specialist in leasehold enfranchisement and property disputes, was recently appointed to partner and head of the leasehold department. Daniel has extensive experience in all types of leasehold legalities acting for leaseholders and landlords.
The firm also welcomes Daisy Dickson who joins as a Paralegal and will be joining Daniel’s team.
Daniel Winslow comments:
“I am very excited to have been appointed as partner and be in a position to lead on this particular initiative. Our team have been increasingly busy in recent months. We have taken time to explore our clients’ ongoing and ever changing requirements as well as monitoring the property market. I am really confident with the changes our team has made to adapt and lead in this field of law. I look forward to continuing to support new and existing clients through these challenging times.”
Marios Pattihis, Senior Partner at Healys says:
“This past year has been challenging for us all. However it has been so refreshing to work with Daniel and Partner Mark Davies to think positive and explore new ways in which we can serve our clients and adapt to an evolving climate. Having had the opportunity to work with Daniel for over 15 years, it has been an honour to observe the dedication he has shown to become a leader in his field. I look forward to working with Daniel as a Partner and Head of Department.”
