Deal Announcement: Corporate & Commercial and Cordek Holdings Limited

Healys LLP has advised Cordek Holdings Limited (Holdings) on the sale of its subsidiary, Cordek Limited (Cordek), to the EFP Group (EFP), backed by US private equity firm Olympus Partners. The transaction value remains confidential.

Founded in Sussex in 1973, Cordek was established by the late Rodney White and William Oliver. Cordek is a leading UK specialist manufacturer and supplier of innovative solutions for the construction, civil engineering, infrastructure and industrial sectors, with a strong reputation for technical excellence, product innovation and long-standing customer relationships in the UK and internationally.

With Rosemary White (Chair), Stephen Hearn (MD), Grant Naris (FD) and Chris Poland (OD) at the helm, the business has benefited from substantial capital investment and consistently delivered sustained growth.

EFP's acquisition brings together complementary technical expertise, products and markets, creating opportunities to accelerate innovation and growth. Backed by Olympus Partners, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, EFP provides a strong platform to support Cordek's next chapter.
