David is an expert in corporate and commercial law with over twenty years of experience and has advised on a broad range of matters.

He advises entrepreneurs, businesses and individuals on M&A, corporate finance (both equity and debt) and commercial contracts. This involves leading multi-disciplinary teams to help businesses complete their transactions smoothly and efficiently.

David is developing a practice which includes servicing the firm’s property sector clients and overseas investors (particularly India and Hong Kong) and advising on joint ventures and sale and purchases of SPV wrapped properties to enable inward investment into the UK.

He has built up sector expertise in technology, professional services, leisure and hospitality. He also has experience in acting for clients in the gaming industry and now heads the firm's gaming practice. This allows David to bring accumulated knowledge to bear on individual matters.

David is passionate about delivering services to clients in a transparent, flexible and accessible way.  His core values are keeping integrity in the legal profession by providing clients with expert advice which is value for money and tailored to the client’s needs.
