Healys is pleased to announce that we advised our client, Monarch Partnership, on the acquisition of Energy Intelligence Centre (EIC) and T-Mac Technologies in a transaction that will make our client one of the UK's largest utility consultancies.The Monarch Partnership is the largest privately-owned energy consultancy in the UK, supporting multi-site organisations and managing ongoing water, waste disposal, energy and telecoms contracts for 75,000 sites over 600 client relationships.Established in 1975, EIC supports over 1,000 industrial and commercial businesses and public sector organisations in managing their energy and water requirements. T-Mac Technologies provides energy management and intelligent buildings systems to help clients reduce and monitor their energy consumption. The acquired businesses bring a wealth of experience in carbon management, sustainability, and intelligent buildings management, and together with The Monarch Partnership form a major new utility consultancy with 250 employees and combined revenues of �20 million.The deal is part of The Monarch Partnership's ambition to build truly end-to-end expertise in energy management and carbon reduction solutions that will help achieve 20% reductions in energy consumption across its client portfolio by 2025.Peter Dosanjh, Chairman and CEO, said: "Working with Healys on this important transaction helped ensure the deal progressed smoothly, and we received excellent advice and service from the entire team.
