Leading law firm Healys LLP continues to grow its corporate and commercial offerings with the addition of new partner, Sophie Macarthy, to the Commercial Property team.
Sophie is a commercial property lawyer with extensive experience in all types of land and property transaction, including development land, lease and contract negotiations, business sales and purchases, transactions relating to care homes, property management and property finance.
This announcement comes soon after the appointment of Karen Lord as partner and head of the Corporate team in Brighton. As a recognised leader in her field by both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. Karen provides advice and assistance in all corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, demergers and private equity investment.
