We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tommaso Borelli as a Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team, and the appointment of Robert Fornalski as a Trainee Solicitor.Tommaso Borelli began his training contract with Healys in June 2019, completing seats in Employment, Personal Injury and Corporate. He qualified as a solicitor in April this year and will be joining Healys Corporate & Commercial department.
Tommaso is a multilingual professional with experience of working within a demanding corporate environment. Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish, Tommaso has a thorough familiarity with Italian and UK culture, and can help provide legal services to Italian individuals or businesses both domestically and internationally. He is known for the high-quality service he provides, and is able to influence various types of stakeholder and build strong relationships. Tommaso has a wide-ranging network of both international high-net-worth individuals and corporates.Robert Fornalski has recently commenced his training contract with the firm, and will be completing his first seat in the Dispute Resolution department.
Having joined Healys in 2018 as a paralegal in the Corporate & Commercial department, Robert gained substantial experience in assisting fee earners throughout all stages of a corporate acquisition, particularly in the healthcare and education sectors. In 2020 Robert joined the Litigation Department where he primarily provided support in issuing professional negligence claims. Prior to joining Healys LLP, Robert obtained an LLB Law degree at the University of Edinburgh and an LLM International Banking and Finance Law degree at University College London.
