Having practiced law as a litigator for more than two decades, Charlotte possesses a profound comprehension of diverse legal domains, namely construction litigation, employment law, data protection law, and the intricacies of internet and AI law. Through her extensive involvement in complex legal disputes, she has consistently achieved favourable outcomes for her clients; and her commitment to excellence is reflected in her online reviews and endorsements, reinforcing her reputation as a seasoned legal professional.

Charlotte’s legal education extends beyond the UK, with studies of Portuguese law and a focus on the American criminal justice system at Nova Southeastern University in the US. She has also carried out Data Protection and GDPR training in the EU and has experience running her own business in GDPR training and development.
