I was introduced to Charlie about a year ago and immediately developed a real understanding with him. He has helped with a number of projects, and in particular, managed the complete corporate restructuring of our business. Charlie has always taken the time to understand our issues to make sure he provides the best possible solution to add value to our business. I have found him to be friendly, quick to respond, willing to go above and beyond what we ask and happy to work with us to meet deadlines. I trust Charlie to provide us with clear advice and to deliver. He is my first port of call and he always helps with connecting to the other members of his team, depending on the type of expertise required for some specific tasks. Although his approach is always very humble, he shows definitely strong leadership skills, willingness to face new challenges and to learn new aspects of our business.
