Profile

Charlie primarily deals with commercial matters advising on, preparing and negotiating; company acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, investments, commercial loan agreements and commercial contracts within the SME market.

Charlie recently took the lead in organising the firm’s application to join the British Franchise Association and provides services to both franchisees and franchisors including: reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements as well as the purchase or sale of a franchise business.

Charlie believes in working together with both colleagues and clients to develop long lasting relationships. He aims to provide clear, practical advice and will always look to find tailored solutions and add commercial value to each transaction

Franchise Application: instructed by a franchisee applicant to review and comment on the proposed franchise agreement and negotiate with the franchisor on their behalf.
